Legacy Forum has been in the forefront of the campaign for the sustainability of good governance which the body maintains that the Muhammadu Buhari government stands for. On the strength of this conviction, the Gen Bajowa -led forum has been meeting and engaging in endorsement rally to sensitise the public about the need for Nigerians to support the Buhari presidency so that “the next level” will become achievable for all Nigerians.
While deliberating on the need to work cohesively as the election approaches, Gen. Bajowa , who was flanked by his wife, Princess Bar. Oluyemi Bajowa, noted that President Buhari has a lot of things working in his favour among which are his integrity and accountability, security, his good governance and anti corruption posture and his infrastructure drive which is equal to none.

Bajowa and his wife, Princess Yemi Bajowa charged the people to shun any act of violence before, during and after the election , stressing that we should not see politics as a do or die affair.
“My advice is that the people should not sell their votes as vote buying and selling amount to trading off peoples’ future and that of their children. On the day of the election the electorate should vote and not fight and voters should guard their votes jealously ,” Gen Bajowa said. APC chairman for Okitipupa local government, Mr. Bode Ikulala thanked the Legacy Forum and the chairman Gen Bajowa for associating with the party at this auspicious time, adding that the party at the local government, state level and the national level will not forget the depth of support given by Gen Bajowa.
