The Police spokesperson Frank Mba has dispelled rumour of alleged abduction of a Deputy Commissioner of Police, DCP in Brass Bayelsa State.
He said this on Monday in a monitored television programme.
He said: “The DCP was not abducted but clearly attacked by a bunch of hoodlums. He is being treated in the hospital and he is responding to treatment.”
