The owner of the popular Barma Hotel and Suites at Abule Egba, Lagos, Alaba Olusegun Bakare has been reportedly murdered by his wife, Motunrayo Mulero.
The wife was said to have killed the hotelier popularly called Barma for impregnating his side chick.
It was learnt that the deceased hotelier just returned to the country from Dubai where was on vacation with the wife and three children.
The wife was said to have drugged her husband of eight years and pressed a hot iron to damage his chest until he died.
She has since been arrested by the police.
Spokesman of Lagos State Police Command, CSP Adekunle Ajisebutu, confirmed the gruesome killing.
He said that three suspects apart from Motunrayo are in police custody in connection with the murder.
