COVID-19: Abuja Discharges 11 Patients
The Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, on Sunday, confirmed that it has discharged 11 COVID-19 patients.
This was revealed by the FCT Minister, Muhammed Bello via Twitter.
FCT Minister, Muhammed Bello, made this known on Sunday via Twitter.
Bello said the new recoveries bring the total number of discharged patients in the city to 173.
He said, “I am pleased to announce the successful treatment and discharge of 11 COVID-19 patients from the Isolation and Treatment Centre in the FCT.
“The total number of discharged patients in the FCT is now 173, as at May 30th, 2020.”
According to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, Abuja has recorded 616 infections and 17 deaths.
The Centre noted that 2,856 patients have been discharged in the country upon recovery while 273 fatalities have been reported.
