The increase in insecurity across the country may have prompted President Muhammadu Buhari meeting behind closed doors with the Chief of Army Staff, Tukur Buratai on Monday.
The meeting took place in the Presidential Villa, even as the security situation of the country continues to get worse across the country.
News of bandits and kidnappers holding Nigerians hostage have continued to dominate headlines in every part of the country.
Burutai, however, told journalists at the end of the meeting that the security agencies would need the support of all Nigerians to address the security challenges in the country.
