President Muhammadu Buhari has arrived Maiduguri, the Borno State, amidst tight security.
The President who arrived via the Air Force based in Maiduguri around 10.10am was received by Governor Babagana Zulum.
President Buhari is expected to visit the Palace of the Shehu of Borno, meet with troops of Operation hadin Kai and commission over 10,000 Housing units constructed for Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs).
The President was accompanied by Chief of Defense Staff, Gen. Lucky Irabor and other Service Chief.
There is tight security around the access route the President will visit around Maiduguri.
