Embattled former governor of Imo State, Rochas Okorocha, on Tuesday arrived National Assembly, NASS premises as early as 7:40.am ahead the inauguration but was denied accreditation.
Mr Okorocha who was declared winner of the Imo West Senatorial District was not issued certificate of return by INEC.
A federal high court in Abuja last week ordered INEC to issue Certificate of Return to Mr Okorocha. But the electoral body disclosed after the order that it was not in a hurry to obey the court.
