Kano Billionaire Businessman, Alhaji Aminu Dantata Dies at 94

 Billionaire businessman and renowned philanthropist, Alhaji Aminu Alhassan Dantata, has died at the age of 94.

The demise of one of Nigeria’s most prominent businessmen and philanthropists, was announced, Saturday, by his Personal Private Secretary (PPS), Mr. Mustapha Abdullahi Junaid.

Of the sad event, Junaid wrote: “Innalillahi wa inna ilaihi raji’un. Innalillahi wa inna ilaihi raji’un. It is with heavy heart that I announce the passing of our beloved father, Alhaji Aminu Alhassan Dantata. May Allah grant him Jannatul Firdaus and forgive his shortcomings. The Janazah details will be shared later, insha Allah.”

The demise of the revered elder statesman died at the age of 94 marks the end of a significant era in Nigeria’s business and philanthropic community.
