The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, announced, this morning, that it will, later today, present the certificate of return to President Muhammadu Buhari who just got his mandate renewed for another four years at the nation’s tower of power, Aso Rock.
Chairman of INEC, Professor Mahmood Yakubu, who disclosed this shortly after declaring Buhari winner of the 2019 presidential election, said the event will take place at the National Collation Centre, Abuja, at 2p.m.
