Finally, Tinubu Nominates Wike, El-Rufai, Fagbemi, 25 Others As Ministers
…Sends List to Senate
President Bola Tinubu has finally nominated former Governors Nyesom Wike of Rivers State and Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna State and Lateef Fagbemi, SAN, as members of his cabinet.
A list of 28 ministerial designates, contained in a letter addressed to Senate President, Godswill Akpabio was read on the floor of the Senate on Thursday.
The letter was personally delivered to the Senate by Mr Femi Gbajabiamila, Chief of Staff to President Tinubu, following a motion moved by Senate Leader and seconded by the Majority Leader.
The ministerial nominees’ list also contains the name of Dele Alake, Stella Okotete, Olawale Edun, Abubakar Kyari and Ali Pate.
