COVID-19: Fresh 591 Cases, Oyo Records 191 Cases, Total Discharged Reach 16,559

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, on Friday announced that it has recorded fresh cases of coronavirus in the country.

This was disclosed via a tweet on the centre’s official Twitter handle.

The report said Oyo state recorded 191 cases while Lagos, the epicentre of the virus in the country followed closely with 168 fresh cases.

The total number of discharged patients is now 16,559, while the total number of deaths recorded is now 845.
