Late Madam Felicia Runsewe

Otunba Segun Runsewe, Nigeria’s cultural icon and Director General of the National Council for Arts and Culture, NCAC), has lost his mother.

Madam Felicia Adesola Runsewe, nee Adesmosun, passed Saturday morning at the age of 94.

Fondly called Mama Kaduna, the late Mrs. Felicia Runsewe lived and worked in Kaduna State where she worked and prospered as a  businesswoman for about 60 years before retiring to live in Lagos where she breathed her last in the wee hours of Saturday, October 17, 2020.

The late “Mama Kaduna” started her career with Kingsway Stores in Kaduna before going into private business in which endeared herself to her numerous clients and neighbours.

She is survived by three children-Ojafolarin Runsewe (deceased), Otunba Segun Runsewe, and Mrs Mopelola Ayanfalu, several grandchildren and a great grandchild.
