Mamu was arrested in Egypt on Tuesday, September 6, 2022, and sent back to Nigeria the following day.
Dr Afunanya listed items recovered by operatives during Thursday’s search of Mamu’s residence and office as including: military accoutrements, large amounts in different currencies and denominations, as well as financial transaction instruments.
