Candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, in Saturday’s governorship vote in Osun State, Senator Ademola Adeleke, was in a comfortable lead after the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC,announced the results of 15 of the state’s 30 local government areas.
He won in 11 of the declared results. Incumbent Governor Adegboyega Oyetola of the All Progressives Congress, APC, trailed with four local government areas.
