Barely three weeks to the Anambra State gubernatorial election on November 6, the state deputy governor, Nkem Okeke has formally joined the All Progressive Congress, APC.
President Muhammadu Buhari, on Wednesday, received the Deputy Governor who recently left the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) for the ruling party the All Progressive Congress (APC) in Abuja.
Okeke was presented to the President at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, by the APC caretaker chairman and Yobe Governor, Mai Mala Buni.
Also present during the brief introduction ceremony was Imo Governor, Senator Hope Uzodinma, who was also at the Presidential Villa for a meeting with President Buhari.
