The Ikale Heritage Development Association, an umbrella body for all Ikale people at home and abroad, has joined millions of global citizens to celebrate with Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu as he clocks 70 years today.
A message signed by the chairman of the socio-cultural group, Otunba Sola Olatunji, extols the virtues of the APC National Leader describing him as visionary, consistent, enigmatic and strategist.
“Asiwaju Tinubu is a special breed,” Olatunji said. “He is visionary, consistent, lover of democracy and humanity. We join the world to celebrate a true leader, a sagacious lover of democracy for hitting the septuagenarian cadre.”
Olatunji added that the former governor of Lagos state is not only a leading presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, for the 2023 election but also a master strategist loved by all Nigerians.
“Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is a political colossus,” he says, “who all Nigerians need to support for the economic and political renaissance we need in Nigeria. He should be the next president of Nigeria.
“As a man of vigour, vision and defender of democracy, especially as demonstrated during the June 12 struggles, Nigerians need not look elsewhere for the solutions to our economic and political quandary as a nation.”
According to Olatunji, there is no other leader in this contemporary Nigeria that is as detribalised as Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, whose heart accommodates the Hausas, Igbos, Fulanis, Yorubas, Efiks and every section of the country.
“As the Asiwaju celebrates 70 years today, it is the wish of all Ikale people that God will prolong his life to witness many more years in good health,” Olatunji said.
