The Ikale Heritage Development Association has described business mogul, Jimoh Ibrahim as a worthy hero and pride of the Ikale people and Africans for his landmark achievement during his PhD project at the prestigious University of Cambridge.
Dr.Jimoh Ibrahim Billionaire who is the All Progressives Congress Senatorial candidate for Ondo South in the 2023 elections , bagged Doctorate Degree in Business at the renowned Cambridge University during the weekend at the University Senate, United Kingdom, making history as the first African to be awarded PhD business by the university since 1209.
In a message to the new PhD holder, Chairman of the IHDA, Otunba Sola Olatunji expressed joy of the Ikale people on this laudable feat saying: “Your philanthropy, business exploits and now academic leadership has no doubt positioned you to do more for humanity especially, Ikale nation, where you come from.”
He added: “I have every conviction that your best is yet to come. Becoming the first scholarly recipient of a Doctoral Degree in Business of The University of Cambridge since its inception in 1209 is a great feat. And we salute your doggedness. The conferment is both recognition of your contributions as it is and yet a challenge to do more for the development and service to humanity in general.”
