The Managing Director of ARISE TV, Ms. Ijeoma Nwogwugwu, has resigned her appointment after four years at the helm.
According to reports, Ms. Nwogwugwu tendered her resignation, Wednesday morning. The reason behind her decision was hazy as at press time.
The erstwhile Arise TV MD, a former Editor with ThisDay newspaper, took the television station from the scratch and nurtured it to the household brand that it has become in the country.
ARISE TV recently won the Television Station of the Year award by the Nigerian Media Merit Award, NMMA.
