The Ikale Heritage Development Association, IHDA, has joined millions of Nigerians all over the world to felicitate with General Olu Bajowa, Rtd, as he marks his 82nd birthday anniversary today.
Chairman of the IHDA, Otunba Sola Olatunji in a special message to the Jagunmolu of Ikaleland expresses gratitude to God for keeping the generalissimo alive to celebrate his 82nd with pomp and champagnes.
“Sir, we celebrate you today as always and ask God to continue to keep you in good health and prosperity,” Olatunji said in a statement to the Octogenarian. “We shall celebrate your 83,84,85,86,87,88,89,90 and many more.
“Gen Olu Bajowa (Rtd) is no doubt, a man of immense capability having begun his career as a young Military Officer where he climbed through the rungs of the officer corps to the enviable rank of Major General and retired (without being tired) at a tender age of 40 years.
“The General is a man with huge passion and love for the unity of Nigeria and development of Ondo State and the entire Ikale people wherever they may be in the world.”
Olatunji added that the people’s General is a shining light and a leader with immense capacity and an enviable character.
“We are proud of you as our father, leader and the a barometre who sets the agenda for the development of the Ikaleland.”
