Police Arrest 2 Railway Vandals in Lagos
The Lagos State Command of the Nigeria Police Force has announced the arrest of two men with vandalised railway tracks in the wee hours of Tuesday..
The suspected vandals, according to a Tweet by the Command’s spokesman, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, were nabbed in the Ijora area of Lagos at about 1a.m.
“At about 1am today, a patrol team from Ijora Badia Division intercepted a Mitsubishi Lancer car conveying vandalized railway tracks,” Hundeyin said in the Tweet, adding: “The two occupants of the vehicle have been arrested. Investigation is ongoing.”
