The Delta State Government, on Saturday, announced it had recorded 17 new COVID-19 cases in the state.
The state government made this disclosure on Twitter while giving an update on the outbreak of the virus in the state.
The new cases take the total infections in the state to 74.
According to the state government, there are 51 active cases in Delta with 16 discharged and seven deaths.
