Oyetola: Things are looking up
Results released so far show that Gboyega Oyetola of the All Progressives Congress, APC is leading Ademola Adeleke of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP. The following are the results:
Ife North: APC:126; PDP:02
Olufon Orolu ward 9 unit 3: APC:41; PDP:64.
Orolu ward 8 unit 4: APC:128; PDP:55.
Osogbo ward 5 unit 17: APC:299; PDP:165.
Ife Siuth ward 7 unit 12:APC:283; PDP:15.
However, for the APC candidate to carry the day, he would have to first erase the initial 353 lead by Adeleke and then surpass him. So far, he has scored 877 votes against Adeleke’s 301. The lead appears established, but the exercise is still ongoing.
