EFCC Gets Life Back as Supreme Court Quashes Case Against its Legality
A breather came the way of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Friday, as the Supreme Court thrashed the suit of the 13 states challenging the constitutionality of the law that established it.
In a unanimous decision, a seven-man panel of justices of the apex court, led by Justice Uwani-Abba-Aji, dismissed the suit, saying it lacked merit.
