Tinubu, First Lady, Arrive France
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and Oluremi, his wife, have arrived in Paris, France, at the start of a three-day state visit at the instance of French President, Emmanuel Macron.
The First Family, according to agency report, landed at the Orly Airport in Paris around 5:10 pm (local time) on Wednesday and were received by the French Guard Republican.
This is the fifth time the President will be visiting France since he took office 18 months ago.
According to Presidential spokesman, Bayo Onanuga, the meeting between the two leaders would enhance bilateral relations between Nigeria and France. It would also focus especially on key areas like agriculture, security, education, health, youth empowerment, innovation and energy transition.
Before meeting Macron and First Lady Brigitte Macron at the Élysée Palace, the Nigerian First Family will visit the historic Les Invalides military museum.
