Globacom has opened a new retail outlet in Ogbomoso, Oyo State, to enhance customer experience and provide easier access to its products and services.
According to Mr. Ikechukwu Onuekwusi, Globacom’s Retail Sales Chief in charge of Oyo Division, the new center is part of the company’s efforts to create more platforms for customers to access its wide range of products and services.
“Our approach to customer service is underpinned by innovation and total inclusiveness. This is why we are consistently seeking more channels to make available our services to them”, he added.
Onuekwusi who stated that the new center is equipped to stock affordable devices, smartphones, and accessories, assured customers in the area of excellent services. “We assure customers in Ogbomoso town and its environs of quick and satisfactory resolutions of all issues ranging from SIM replacement and registration to recovery of over-scratched cards, refilling, unblocking of phones and laptop configurations for internet services, among other services,” he explained.
The Chairman of Ogbomoso South Local Government, Honorable Timothy Oyedokun, commended Globacom for its commitment to serving Nigerians. He praised the company for being a proud Nigerian brand that consistently brings relief to the people.
The Secretary to Ogbomosho North Local Government, Mrs. Olufunke Olaniyi, who also spoke at the occasion expressed her appreciation for Globacom’s services, encouraging residents to patronize the company’s products and services.
