Katsina State Governor, Dikko Radda, is instable condition after he sustained minor injuries in a road accident along the Daura-Katsina Road, his Chief Press Secretary,.I rahim Mohammed, confirmed in a statement on Monday.
According to Mohammed, the governor did not sustain any serious injury during the sad incident but he is in good health, stable condition, and high spirits.
Radda, the Chief Press Secretary further explained, expressed his gratitude to Almighty Allah for His protection. He also thanked the good people of Katsina State and well-wishers for their prayers.
“I’m pleased to confirm that I remain in good health and high spirits,” the governor said.
“Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim. Dear brothers and sisters of Katsina State and beyond, we are deeply grateful for all your prayers and concern. By the will of Allah, we were tested with a car accident—but Alhamdulillah, we came out safe and unharmed.
“Once again, thank you for your heartfelt prayers. Assalamu Alaikum Warahmatullah.”
The governor spoke in a short live video on Sunday at his residence after undergoing preliminary medical examinations, a procedure he said was necessary “just to make sure everything is fine.”
