The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, began the announcement of the results of Saturday’s presidential election at its national collation centre in Abuja on Monday. Before it adjourned the exercise to 10 a.m. on Tuesday, INEC had announced 12 results of which the All Progressives Congress, APC, won seven, while the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, got five.
