The National Working Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has scheduled an emergency national caucus meeting of the party, Monday, March 4.
The meeting which will hold at the party’s secretariat in Abuja, will be presided over by the National Chairman of the party, Uche Secondus.
Tagged the ‘Expanded Caucus Meeting’, it is expected that the party will use the opportunity to garner the support of members for its plans to seek redress in court over the outcome of the February 23 presidential election.
The meeting is also expected to deliberate on the gubernatorial and state Houses of Assembly elections coming up on Saturday, March 9.
