COVID-19: Nigeria Records Highest Daily Cases, 663, Total now 12,801
Nigeria, Tuesday, recorded the highest daily cases of coronavirus, 663, in the country. This comes after several states in the country relaxed the lockdown, which was a measure to contain the spread of the virus.
This was disclosed in a tweet by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, in a tweet on its official Twitter handle.
The tweet also revealed that the total number of cases stands at 12,801, while the number of patients discharged is 4,040 in the country. Fatalities recorded from various isolation centres across the country is 361.
