Hurray! Nigeria’s premier university, the University of Ibadan (UI), has been declared the best varsity in Nigeria.
The Times Higher Education’s (THE) rankings disclosed the cheering news in its 2021 report on the world university rankings.
With this development, the University of Ibadan toppled Covenant University (CU) which was voted Nigeria’s best in 2019 by the Times Higher Education’s (2020) rankings. This was after CU usurped UI in 2018.
