New Leadership at Castle of Law, Nigeria, as  Prof. O. B. Akinola Becomes New Head of Chamber/Senior Partner

Popular Abuja law firm, Castle of Law, has announced a change in its leadership with the appointment of Prof. Omoniyi Bukola Akinola as its new Head of Chamber and Senior Partner.

The leadership change was announced, via a press statement, by the law firm, Kayode Ajulo & Co. Castle of Law,
Nigeria.

According to the firm, the change became inevitable, and was occasioned by the appointment of its Founder/Managing Partner, Dr. Olukayode Ajulo, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, SAN, as the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice in Ondo State by Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa.

It is with great enthusiasm that we announce the appointment of Prof. Omoniyi Bukola Akinola, PhD, as the new Head of Chamber and Senior Partner at Castle of Law.

This transition comes in light of the Founder/Managing Partner, Dr. Olukayode Ajulo SAN’s recent appointment to the prestigious role of Honourable Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice in Ondo State, Nigeria.

Castle of Law, renowned for its unwavering commitment to excellence and justice, operates from its head office at 20 Jimmy Carter Street, Asokoro, Abuja, with esteemed branch offices in the UK, Ghana, and Gambia.

Prof. Akinola, a distinguished Professor of Law specializing in Corporate Law Practice, brings over 20 years of invaluable experience in litigation to our firm. His impressive journey includes tenures at prominent law firms such as F. U. Ekavhiare & Associates in Okigwe, Late Dr. I. N. Ijioma, SAN, in Umuahia, and Oyewale Freeman & Co, in Lagos. He has also served as Head of Litigation at Okwudiri Obigwe & Partners and as an Associate at *Anene Ojinta*,

Prof. Akinola’s academic credentials are equally remarkable. He has held the position of Deputy Director of Academics at the Nigerian Law School and has served as Dean of the Faculty of Law at Redeemer’s University in Nigeria, as well as the School of Law at Kampala International University in Uganda. His contributions to legal scholarship are evidenced by numerous publications, and he continues to inspire future legal minds as a faculty member at *Baze University, Abuja.

Supporting Prof. Akinola in this new and monumental role will be Ms. Ifunanya Jemilla Okeke, Esq., as Deputy Head of Chambers for Civil Litigation, and Hamzat Nuhu Dantani, Esq., as Deputy Head of Chambers for Criminal Litigation.
