Madumere
Prince Eze Madumere, deputy governor of Imo State has been impeached. A source in his office confirmed this development.
The action came in the day the court in Owerri, capital of the state started hearing on the case he filed against the House of Assembly. Madumere becomes the second deputy governor under Governor Rochas Okorocha to be impeached.
He had been at the head of a group within the All Progressives Congress, APC in the state that stands against the governor.
