Despite the efforts of the federal and state governments to contain and banish it from Nigeria’s shores, COVID-19 pandemic continued its ravage last night as the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC announced 16 new cases.
They are: Lagos-8, Federal Capital Territory, FCT-3, Enugu-2, Oyo-2, and Edo-1.
These bring to 81 the total number of confirmed COVID-19 infections in Nigeria.
