President Muhammadu Buhari has arrived International Conference Centre (ICC) in Abuja for the signing of a peace accord by all the presidential candidates, gunning for election next February.
The ceremony is the brainchild of the National Peace Committee for the 2019 General Elections, headed by a former head of state, General Abdulsalami Abubakar.
As at the time of filing this report, the presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar had not arrived the centre.
