Operatives of the Department of State Services, DSS, and the Nigeria Police Force, on Tuesday, combed the home of Mr. Ibrahim Magu, the suspended Acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, ostensibly looking for documents that may be useful in their investigations.
The search took place at Magu’s residence on Abduljalil Street, Karu Site, on the outskirts of Abuja, and lasted several hours.
According to reports, the officers made away with vital documents.
Magu was arrested on Monday over what Presidency sources descried as weighty allegations that may seriously embarrass the government if left un-investigated..
