President Muhammadu Buhari, Monday, congratulated businessman and philanthropist, Sir Emeka Offor, on his 62th birthday.
In a release issued by his Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Mallam Garba Shehu, the president joined family, friends and well-wishers across the nation to “celebrate the business and humanitarian leader, who has worked tirelessly to reduce poverty by creating employment opportunities for Nigerians and championing basic healthcare for the vulnerable in the society.”
Buhari commended Offor’s dedication to “polio eradication in the country, abiding commitment to democracy as well as his numerous contributions to the governing All Progressives Congress (APC) party.”
The president prayed the Almighty God to grant the celebrant good health, joy, love and peace to keep working for a brighter future for Nigeria.”
