Justice Abdul Dogo, a judge of the Federal High Court, Akure, the Ondo State capital was kidnapped by gunmen, on Tuesday as abductions and banditry worsen in the country.
Reports, Wednesday, said Justice Dogo was abducted by some yet-to-be identified gunmen while returning to Akure from Abuja.
Though the police in Ondo State was yet to confirm the abduction, a close associate of the abducted judge said Dogo was kidnapped on the Okene-Isua Akoko Expressway and driven away in another vehicle.
