Nigerian authorities reveal in England on Wednesday that the country’s national carrier will return this year. This is happening 30 years after Nigeria Airways was rested. This time the name will be Nigeria Air.
The name and logo of the new national carrier was released Wednesday at the Farnborough Air show in England. It is said that five aircraft, which are expected to be delivered by Airbus in Europe in December will form the nucleus of the carrier’s fleet. Additional aircraft will be delivered later by Boeing, the American aircraft company.
