As with most Christians who celebrated Easter at home on Sunday, Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, worshipped (online) at home with his family, in a live virtual service conducted by his church, the Redeemed Christian Church, RCCG.
The governor shared the unique experience with Lagosians and his 618,900 followers on his official Twitter page, declaring:
The Governor was not content with his own spiritual wellness and happiness alone. He also spared some thought for patients and staff of the Yaba COVID-19 Hospital when he sent a popular Lagos saxophonist, DEEJAYSAX, to go and lift them up with soul-lifting songs.
DEEJAYSAX and his band metaphorically set the facility on fire with their scintillating performance. And the patients and staff danced their hearts out.
