After several days of EndSARS protests across the length and breadth of the nation President Muhammadu Buhari has finally suspended protests of any form in Nigeria.
In a nationwide broadcast on Thursday night, he said the suspension follows the violent turn of #ENDSARS protests across the Federation, which have been hijacked by hoodlums.
The President said: “I therefore call on our youths to discontinue the street protests and constructively engage government in finding solutions.
Several lives have been lost as hoodlums have turned the protests to wanton destruction of public properties and looting.
