The family of the late legal luminary, Chief Rotimi Williams, has been thrown into a deep mourning following the death of the icon’s first son, Chief Ladi Williams, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria.
Chief Ladi Williams died at Saint Nicholas Hospital in Lagos from COVID-19, Sunday morning. He was aged 74.
First son of the family, Kunle Williams, broke the sad news on his Facebook page., saying his father had succumbed to the pandemic despite taking the prescribed two doses of Oxford AstraZenecaanti-COVID-19 vaccine.
“My father passed away this morning from COVID-19 despite being double vaccinated Oxford AstraZeneca,” Kunle Williams said.
