Unlock, Renew Anambra, Osita Chidoka Tells Governor-elect Charles Soludo

Former Aviation Minister, and ex-Corps Marshall of the Federal Road Safety Commission, FRSC, Chief Osita Chidoka, has charged former Central Bank Governor, now Governor-elect of Anambra State, Prof. Charles Soludo, to deploy his huge wealth of experience in economic management and human capital development to unlock the huge potentials in the state for the optimal benefit of the people.
Chidoka, according to a statement issued by his media aide, Ikechukwu Okafor, gave the charge in a congratulatory message he sent to the winner of the Anambra State governorship election, Prof Charles Soludo,  of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA).

The former Aviation Minister, also a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, said the result of the November 6m 2021 governorship election represented the voice of the people of the state and was a loud mandate to the winner.
He extolled the leadership qualities of candidates of all the political parties, especially the PDP candidate, Chief Valentine Ozigbo, whose exemplary campaign and decency, he said, would be long remembered.
Chidoka, founder of the political grassroots movement, Unlock Naija, urged Prof. Soludo to use his wealth of experience and knowledge to unlock Anambra State.
“Prof. Soludo should be humbled by this clear mandate and a call to action to renew our state currently performing below its potentials,” Chidoka said in the release.
The former Corps Marshal of FRSC strongly commended the good people of Anambra State, especially the youth, for their peaceful disposition during the election. “The success of the Anambra elections,” he maintained, “provides an opportunity to engage the state’s youths to imbibe the values of democracy and peace.”
Chief Chidoka also admonished the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to leverage the Anambra State governorship election to perfect some apparent lapses in the just concluded gubernatorial polls., adding that the first step to unlock Naija starts with free, fair and credible elections in Nigeria.
