Sixty-nine years old National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Bola Tinubu says he is a youth and still has the energy to lead the country.
There has been a clamour for youths to occupy top political positions in the country, which gave birth to the #NotTooYoungToRun movement.
Tinubu said during a visit to Lamidi Adeyemi, the Alaafin of Oyo, at the palace that Nigerian youths should create room for elderly people.
Again, Tinubu who has said it has been his dream to be president of Nigeria said while meeting with some APC members and his supporters over the weekend that he is now a youth.
He added that he is capable of serving Nigeria and making the country great.
“I’m here standing before you and I’m a youth,” Tinubu declares
